Cacao Avocado Smoothie

This delicious smoothie is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and 3 noteworthy and amazing boner foods: almonds, cacao and avocado.

 

Cacao, as you’ve heard me talk about before- excellent heart food and loaded with antioxidants. As we know what is good for the heart is also good for your stiff one eye. “Blood flow makes it grow”!

 

Almonds are rich in Manganese, copper and zinc all of which are known for helping maintain an erection. Zinc is known for helping blood flow to major organs. It is also known for increasing testosterone and protecting the prostate.

 

Chia seeds are a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids which are necessary for celle integrity - fundamentals of creating a built-to- last body.

 

*It’s important to note: use raw cacao powder and raw almond butter when preparing this smoothie. “Cocoa” powder which is commonly used for baking consists of roasted cacao beans. The heating and roasting process destroys many of the nutrients in cacao which make it a superfood. Same with almond butter. Many of the conventional almond butters on the market use roasted almonds. The roasting process destroys many of the enzymes and essential nutrients which make almonds such an incredible food for men’s health and longevity.

 

Ingredients:

1.)   2 Cups almond or coconut milk

2.)   1 ripe banana, peeled

3.)   ½ medium avocado (ripe)

4.)   2 Tablespoons almond butter

5.)   2 Tablespoons raw cacao powder

6.)   3 dates

7.)   1 T chia seeds

8.)   1 cup ice (optional, if you like your smoothies cold)

 

Directions:

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Super Easy! ENJOY!!
