T-Boosting Green Smoothie Recipe

This super smoothie is great for an energizing breakfast and a delicious way to get “boner foods” into your diet. It contains two of my favorite testosterone boosting foods: brazil nuts and broccoli. It also contains two vasodilator herbs, ginger and cayenne, which help with circulation and increase blood flow to the penis. Ingredients:

-1/4 cup of brazil nuts

-1/4 cup of broccoli

-2 cups of mixed berries(ex: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, black berries, etc)

-2 bananans

-1 cup of spinach

-1 thumb sized piece of ginger

-1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

-1 cup of purified water

Directions:

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and drinkable. You may have to add more water depending on your desired consistency.
