Pumpkin Seed “Ceasar” Dressing and Veggie Dip Recipe
In this recipe we are combining 3 boner superfoods: pumpkin seeds, cold pressed olive oil and garlic. An additional health boost comes from the raw apple cider vinegar which has been known to lower blood sugar, lower cholesterol, support heart health and reduce belly fat. Excess belly fat interferes with testosterone production in men. Lose the belly fat, boost your testosterone, maintain bigger stronger erections!
Ingredients:
1 C Pumpkin Seeds, soaked
1/3 C raw apple cider vinegar
2/3 C cold pressed Olive Oil
1 t sea salt
1-2 Cloves garlic
1 t Italian seasoning
½ T sage
1/2 cup purified water(optional)
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Depending on your desired consistency, you may need to add additional water while blending. Enjoy this delicious dressing on a salad or with fresh cut vegetables.
