Maca and Goji Berry Overnight Oats Recipe

Oats are high in zinc which supports prostate health and increases levels of free testosterone. Oats are also high in the amino acid L-arginine which is an essential for circulation and blood flow. In fact, you can purchase L-arginine in supplement form over the counter and it can be taken to increase blood flow to the penis similar to viagra. This recipe also contains three other boner superfoods: goji berries, coconut and maca root. For this recipe we soak the ingredients overnight instead of heating it up on the stove to preserve the integrity of the nutritients

Ingredients:

-1 cup organic rolled oats

-1 tablespoon raisins

-1 tablespoon dried cranberries

-2 tablespoons goji berries

-1 tablespoon maca powder

-1 tablespoon chopped walnuts

-1 tablespoon chopped pecans

-1 teaspoon coconut oil

-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

-1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

-2 cups purified water

Directions:

Place all of the ingredients in a glass bowl or quart sized mason jar and mix well with a spoon. Put a lid on it and place it in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning you will have delicious nutrient packed oatmeal which you can warm up on the stove or eat as is. In place of water you could use almond milk, coconut milk, rice milk or any other beverage that would enhance the flavor and consistency of your overnight oats. Enjoy!
